Printable Calendar
Year or month calendar as a vector PDF, A4 or Letter. Runs in your browser.
About this printable calendar
This printable calendar maker builds a clean year or month calendar and gives it to you as a vector PDF or straight to your printer. Pick A4 or US Letter, portrait or landscape, Sunday or Monday as the first day, and add week numbers, notes lines or your own important dates.
It suits a fridge calendar, a school year planner, an office wall chart or a single month for a project. The preview on the right is drawn from the same layout as the PDF, so what you see is what prints.
There are no built-in holidays. Public holidays differ by country, and some move every year, so instead you type the dates that matter to you, such as birthdays, school terms or your own country's holidays. They're highlighted on the grid and listed with labels.
Features
Year on one page or month pages
All 12 months on one sheet, or one big month per page. Month pages can be a single month or 12 months in one PDF.
Start any month
A year view can start in August or September for a school year, or April for a fiscal year.
Paper and orientation
A4 (210 × 297 mm) or US Letter (8.5 × 11 in), portrait or landscape. The defaults follow your browser's region.
ISO week numbers
Optional week numbers that follow ISO 8601, the standard used in most of Europe and in many planners and project tools.
Your marked dates
Type 2027-03-14 Mum's birthday, or 12-25 Christmas to repeat every year. Month pages show the labels inside the day; the year page circles the day and lists the dates underneath.
Notes lines and colours
Add ruled notes lines, shade weekends, show the next and previous month's days, and choose blue, black, red or green.
Real vector PDF
Built in your browser with vector lines, so the grid stays sharp at any size. A full year PDF is around 15 KB.
Print without the website
Print sends only the calendar pages to the printer, at the paper size you picked, with no menus or ads.

How do I print a calendar for 2027?
Choose Year on one page, set the year to 2027 and the start month to January, then pick your paper and orientation. Press Download PDF to save a file you can print any time, or Print to send it to the printer now.
In the print dialog, set margins to None or Default and turn off Headers and footers, or the browser adds the page address and date to the edges. Keep the scale at 100%. For month pages, choose 12 months and you get one PDF with January to December, one month per page.
1 January 2027 is a Friday, and 2027 is not a leap year, so February has 28 days.
How do week numbers work?
ISO 8601 week numbers start on Monday, and week 1 is the week that contains the year's first Thursday. That means a few days in early January can belong to the last week of the previous year, and a few days in late December can belong to week 1 of the next.
2026 is one of the years with 53 weeks, because it starts on a Thursday. So Friday 1 January 2027 to Sunday 3 January 2027 are in week 53 of 2026, and week 1 of 2027 starts on Monday 4 January. If your calendar starts on Sunday, each row shows the ISO number of the Monday in that row.
A4 or Letter, portrait or landscape?
Use A4 almost everywhere outside North America, and Letter in the US, Canada and Mexico. Printing A4 on Letter paper crops the bottom or shrinks the page, so match the paper in your tray.
Portrait suits a year on one page, with three months across and four down. Landscape suits month pages, because wider day boxes leave more room to write. On landscape A4 each day box is about 38 mm wide.
Why aren't holidays included?
Every country has its own list, many regions add their own, and some dates move: Easter follows a church calculation, and Eid depends on the moon. Shipping a list we can't check for every place would put wrong days on your wall. Add the ones you observe in the marked dates box; MM-DD lines repeat every year, and full dates are for one year only.

Tips
- Labels in the PDF use the standard Helvetica font, which covers English and most Western European letters. For other scripts, use Print, which uses your system fonts.
- Long labels are cut with an ellipsis to fit the day box. Landscape month pages give the most room.
- Need a cover page? Save your own page as a PDF and merge it with the calendar.
- Counting down to one of your marked dates? The countdown timer shows the days, hours and minutes left.
Questions
How do I print a yearly calendar on one page?
Choose Year on one page, pick the year, paper and orientation, then press Print or Download PDF. Portrait fits three months across and four down; landscape fits four across and three down.
Can I make a calendar that starts on Monday?
Yes. Set Week starts on to Monday or Sunday. The default follows your browser's region, so US visitors start on Sunday and most others on Monday.
What week number is it?
Turn on Week numbers and find today's row. Numbers follow ISO 8601: weeks start on Monday and week 1 contains the year's first Thursday, so 2026 has 53 weeks.
Can I add holidays or birthdays?
Yes. Type one date per line in the marked dates box, like 2027-03-14 Mum's birthday. Use 12-25 Christmas to repeat a date every year. They're highlighted and labelled.
Can I make a school year calendar from August or September?
Yes. In the year view, set Start month to August or September. You get 12 months on one page, such as September 2026 to August 2027.
Why does my printout have the web address at the top?
That's the browser's Headers and footers option. Turn it off in the print dialog's settings, and set margins to None or Default.
Is the PDF good enough for a print shop?
It's a vector PDF with standard fonts, so lines and text are sharp at any size. It has no bleed, so ask the shop to print it at 100% on the same paper size.
Is my calendar uploaded?
No. The layout and PDF are made in your browser. Your options and marked dates are remembered only in this browser for next time.
